The film opens with a concise preface from the past film for individuals who have not seen it:
A seriously harmed lady who is by all accounts on the run from aggressors petitions God to save the little kid she is conveying. That is when Sanga (Rohini) and her significant other, a piece of a clan living in the region of the realm, save a suffocating baby, not knowing the foundation of the newborn child, for sure what the future holds for him.
He grows up as Shivudu, a nonconformist needing to investigate the mountains and in the process gains his foundations from the realm, and his folks and afterward understands the entire reason for his life and winds up defying the strong Bhallaladeva for his legitimate spot.
The Past
At the finish of the large fight from the last film, Amarendra Bahubali (Prabhas) having crushed Kalakeyas, is proclaimed Lord by the Mother Sovereign Sivagami (Ramya Krishnan) over Bhallaladeva (Rana Daggubatti), who rather is given charge of the militaries as an administrator.
